An assignment by The Hague Street Art for Haags Milieu Service. 6 artists worked on 2x3m canvas based on the positive side of garbage. My illustration is based on hermitcrabs. Hermitcrabs are known for using shells as their home, to protect their own vulnrable bodies. Once in a while, they have to find a new home, because they keep on growing. Unfortunately, the shells are rare to find. As an alternative, the crabs started using our garbage. It's a bit sad, but at least they are using it for something usefull! (acrylics on wood)
